We reserve an appointment specifically for you and the time is limited. When patients fail to keep scheduled appointments and or cancel with short notice, it denies other patients an opportunity to be seen as soon as possible, especially the ones that may need urgent care. We ask that you please provide 2 business days notice (Monday-Friday) if you are unable to keep your appointment, or fees may apply as listed under the Alberta Dental Fee Guide Code #94303.
To ensure we can provide thorough care and respect the time of all our patients, we ask you to arrive at least 5 min before your appointment. If you arrive late, we may not have sufficient time to complete your treatment and may need to reschedule your appointment. This will be considered a missed appointment, and the fee above may apply. If you know you are running late, please call our office as soon as possible.
